Our Products:

We sell Digital Products Like: Loop packs, Sample Pack, Ebook, Courses and Products about music. 

User Responsibility:

  •  User Can’t resell those packs or items
  •  Users need to get registered on our website if they have access to our products
  •  User can use those sample packs to create their music and after that, they can post on any of the Social Media or Music Streaming Platforms
  •  This is mandatory for everyone who uses our Loop or Sample pack, They need to take a license from Mudit Productions to use those sample or loop pack
  • If we would change anything on the product page, or terms and conditions page, we will let you know by mail or page. 
  • We have 100% responsibility, if we say copyright free and we are giving you copyright on your songs, we will remove that copyright, in the case it happens. But in the case if someone has copyrighted on their name, we have 100% rights to take action against them and remove that, and that process could take time. So Kindly please have patience in that situation.

Our Responsibility:

  •  If the customer purchased our products, and in the case, if they didn’t receive as they read in the description, then it is our responsibility to provide written things to the customer
  • By any chance or technical error if the customer paid on our given exact same payment method and we have received their product, they have not received the product in their account, we are responsible for sending them the product in their account or separately within 9-10 Business working days.

Who can use our Products:

  • Who has paid for those products or services
  • who have is following the terms provided in the license that is included with the product
  • Who is getting the product by the “Mudit Productions” official accounts or the owner Mudit Chotia’s official accounts

Payment for products:

If you have paid us and we haven’t delivered your product, then we are responsible for delivering the product. 

Usage restrictions and Intellectual property ownership:

  • This is how users can use our products: 

Loops/Sample pack: 

  • Users can use those sample packs or loop packs to create any kind of creativity like Music, or song and they can earn money with that. But we do not permit reselling the pack to others, we can take any kind of legal action for that person.

E-Book: 

  • User can only purchase and read the book, We do not give any permission to the user to resell or make any free sharing. We can take any type of legal action against those, who break our terms and conditions policy.

Courses: 

  • Users can only purchase and learn with our courses, We do not permit reselling those courses. And even we do not permit to use of any third party source, app or website to use to download our course. We see it on ourselves, that how customer can access that. if someone is doing that we can take any kind of legal action against those.

Rights & Ownership: 

“Mudit Chotia” The owner of the company, and the company “Mudit Productions” has all the rights of their products or intellectual property. Customers can use those only on the terms and conditions we mentioned.

Limitaton and Liabilities:

Users have liabilities to follow the terms and conditions we have mentioned above, and we as a Brand have liabilities to provide what we commit, and what you pay for.
